My background is in Thai Yoga & Thai-Style Hot Oil Massage, gymnastic, dance, Pilates & yoga training which lends itself nicely to my healing and alignment abilities. Stretching aids in body health maintenance & promotes blood circulation. I apply it wisely but gently to your capabilities through assisted Thai Yoga, working your muscles with deep pressure points on my Thai Yoga mat. You lay there, I do all of the work. Some say it’s a bit like assisted stretching, one-sided wrestling and massage rolled into one. I can also perform relaxing Thai strokes with hot oil if stretching is not your thing. Don't wait to heal. If your body is talking to you it's probably time to listen. I am located near Downtown Gainesville.
