Good communication and people skills Key Responsibilities may include: • Configuration and customization of Salesforce.com CRM • Design/develop customer solutions on Force.com platform • Develop technical documentation of developed solutions • Integration between force.com applications and third-party business systems • Salesforce.com CRM/Force.com application testing, implementation and deployment • Salesforce.com Chatter implementation and integration with external applications • End-user support of Salesforce.com application Qualifications and Skill Requirements: • Proficient in Object-Oriented programming, preferably JAVA or C • Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies, web standards and cross-browser capability • Knowledge of database languages such as SQL • Familiar with MVC architecture • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems. Experience in Salesforce.com CRM is an added advantage • Good knowledge in API integration, web services (SOAP, REST) • Familiar with Eclipse IDE Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
