Section 2257 Record-Keeping Requirement Exemption Statement

All persons appearing in any visual portrayal on this Platform were over the age of 18 at the time the image was created.

Exemption Statement - Content Produced by Operators: All visual depictions displayed on our website which are produced by the Operators of this Platform are exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because:

a. they do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C §2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv);
b. they do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006; or
c. they do not portray simulated sexually explicit activity created after the effective date of Title 18 U.S.C. §2257A.

Exemption Statement – Content Produced by Third Parties: The Operators of the Platform www.richobo.eu, www.richobo.com, and www.richobo.ru are not producers of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual activity as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)- (v) and appearing on the Platform. The activities of the Operators with respect to such depictions are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, and /or hosting of such depictions posted by third party users on areas of the website specifically under that user’s control. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(B)(v), Operators reserve the right to remove material made by a user that Operators deem inappropriate or inconsistent with their internal policies or that is in violation of Federal law.

A. Before you upload pictures to Richobo, make sure your photo ID must be similar to the photos you are uploading so that we can verify the likeness.

B. It needs to match the photo on your ID. If your photos don’t match, if you’re under 18, or your ID doesn't appear to be valid, you won't be able to post ads. If you are under 18, all current services will also be canceled.

C. Forbidden to write messages from strangers or individuals without their knowledge or consent.

D. Pictures that do not include your face and are erotic, i.e. crotch grabbing, posing sexually on a bed, close up photos of underwear, etc.

Some kink or fetish photos may be removed, depending on context. Extreme photos may result in a profile ban as well.

Images where a hand, pastie, or sticker/icon is barely covering explicit body parts may count as nudity, depending on context, and may be removed. Photos of erections under clothing will also be removed.

E. A note on artwork: we do allow nude artwork in essays or photos of you posing next to nude artwork. However, if a work of art has pornographic or explicit content, the photo will be removed.
