Create website information architecture and user interface. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions. Implements Web solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments. Assures quality Web solution by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation. Website Quality Assurance. Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements. Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions. Develop, track and maintain project schedules. Communicate and consult with clients throughout the implementation process. Train clients to use our award winning Content Management System. Updates job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones. Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents. Review contract requirements and process invoices in a timely manner. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field OR possess equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Creative, Visual thinker. Up to date on the latest technologies for web and mobile development. Management of projects during research and analysis phase, successfully determining customer needs and desires and translating those into project specifications; development of project requirements and management of delivery. Solid project management skills - experienced web project leader. Strong motivation toward continual research and innovation. Personable and diplomatic team player with the ability to manage, motivate and work well in a team environment. Entrepreneurial spirit. Self motivated with the ability to lead remote teams.
